Fountain Lake Charter High School would like to invite parents of the 2024 Seniors to attend our College and Career Signing Day. On Tuesday, April 16th at 9:45 am in the Bass Gymnasium, 35 of our seniors will sign commitment letters to colleges or career organizations toward their next step after high school. We are so excited to share in this event. Please come celebrate these students with us!
Fountain Lake was one of the few school districts in the area to host the NASA team on April 4th. NASA representatives spoke to all FL students K-12 throughout the day about safety procedures and expectations for the April 8th Eclipse. We greatly appreciated their time and benefited from their expertise.

The All Sports Athletic Banquet will be held for those who participated on 2023-2024 Sr. High Athletic teams. There will also be a National Honor Society induction on May 6 at 5:00 pm that will not conflict with the Athletic banquet. We will serve food beginning at 5:30 pm and will begin the awards ceremony at 6:30. When the athletes finish their NHS induction they can then proceed to the Athletic Banquet without any conflict.

Pee Wee Girls Basketball Camp will be held Monday-Wednesday, April 29,30,-May 1 in Bass Gymnasium for girls grades 1st -6th grade. Fountain Lake would like to congratulate our 50 student scholars who were invited to an award luncheon at the Clinton Presidential Library. These 50 students in the 9th-12th grade earned a 4.0 GPA for the Fall semester. In addition 8 of our Seniors have achieved this accomplishment all 4 years and therefore earned a scholarship from the Hot Springs Village Alrusa club: Bethany Breshears, Elyse Curtis, Paige Davis, Caleb Herring, Faith Lavender, Macy Morgan, Lainey Mungle, Eryn Norris, Celeste Rea-Garibay. Reminder that tomorrow, Friday, March 28, will be normal school day as we make-up our second snow day.
Also, next Friday, April 5, will be our 3rd Snow Day make-up day.
As we prepare for the upcoming solar eclipse event, we want to ensure the safety and smooth operation of our campus. In anticipation of this rare event, we will be implementing roadway closures that will affect all entry and exit points from April 4th end of day until April 8th end of day.
There will be no school on Monday, April 8th.
Please be advised that during this period, there will be no traffic allowed on campus. There are no activities scheduled on campus throughout the weekend. We are working with local first responders and the Department of Emergency Management on this closure.

Todays baseball and softball games have been canceled due to the excessive amount of rain we had yesterday. The baseball game has been rescheduled for this Friday March 29 at 4:30. It will be a varsity game only. The softball game has been rescheduled for April 11th at 4:30
Fountain Lake Juniors: If you ordered a class ring, they will be delivered this Thursday, March 28th. You will need to pay the balance due before you can receive your item.
Seniors 2024: Herff-Jones will deliver items to campus on Thursday, March 28th. Be sure to bring money or check for the balance owed to pick up your items. If you haven't ordered a cap and gown or made arrangements to borrow a gown contact your school counselor immediately.
