The 10th grade student tour of National Park Tech Center that was scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to Friday, March 10th due to the SR boys playing in the Basketball State Finals.
12 scholarships are due this week including the Oaklawn Foundation Scholarship, the DeSoto Women's Club, the Jeff Nobles Memorial Scholarship, and the Oaklawn Rotary Scholarship. Congratulation to the Fountain Lake Sr. Boys Basketball team for their win last night against the Huntsville Eagles in the 4A North Regional Tournament at Morrilton. With the win our boys will advance to play in the Class 4A State Tournament next week at Blytheville High School. Dates and times will be announced at the conclusion of this weeks Regional Tournament. The Sr. Boys will play this evening (Friday,February 24) at 8:30 pm at Morrilton High School in the Semi-Finals of the Regional Tournament against the Dardanelle Sand Lizards. Please come out and support our Team. Go Cobras.
All 10th grade students will tour National Park Tech Center on Tuesday, February 28th. They will explore the programs NPTC offers such as Medical Professions, Automotive Technology, and Marine Repair. Students will also learn about earning their associates degree while still in high school. We feel it is important for every student to see all the available opportunities.
