Fountain Lake VB Fans,
The Lady Cobras VB Team plays in the 4A State Volleyball Tournament starting Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at Valley View High School just outside Jonesboro. All tickets are purchased online through the AAA office and the link provided below. Tuesday’s game is located in the VV Jr. High Gym and Fountain Lake is only allotted 60 total tickets for the first day. Subsequent days tickets are unlimited.

Fountain Lake Football Game Protocols
Fountain Lake will host Harmony Grove in Football on Friday, October 30 starting at 7:00 pm at Allen Tillery Field. Gates will open at 6:15. According to ADH Guidelines, the Stadium will only fit 613 people due to capacity guidelines. All tickets will be $5 per person and can only be bought with a voucher. All tickets sold on Friday will require a voucher.
We will be issuing ticket vouchers this week instead of tickets. Each voucher is good for one ticket. You must have a voucher to purchase a ticket. Tickets will be sold (traded in for tickets) in front of the gym on Friday, October 30, ONLY! Tickets will be sold from 4:30-7:30. You must bring your voucher to purchase a ticket (do not lose your voucher). If there are any available tickets left, they will be on sale at this time, too.
Please do not get a voucher if you do not plan to attend. Once we give out all the vouchers, 613, we will not hand out anymore.
PLAYERS, BAND, CHEER will be allowed to acquire 2 parent vouchers per student participant and will be available from 8:15 am to 3:00 pm on Monday, October 26 and Tuesday, October 27 in the Fountain Lake Administration office. Every person must have a voucher to purchase a ticket on Friday. On Friday, the vouchers will be taken in front of the gym from 4:30-7:30 and traded for a $5 ticket.
General Admission vouchers will be available from 8:15-3:00, Wednesday, October 28 thru Friday, October 30 in the Fountain Lake Administration office. Every person must have a voucher to purchase a ticket. On Friday, the vouchers will be taken in front of the gym from 4:30-7:30 and traded for a $5 ticket.
All tickets (instead of at the ticket booths) will be sold at the front of the Bass Gymnasium, starting at 4:30 on Friday, October 30. After school, there will be no tickets sold at the ticket booths, only in front of the gym to all fans, home and visitors.
Passes: Due to ticket and capacity restrictions, only AAA passes will be allowed at the door. Due to Covid-19 Protocols, any other Fountain Lake issued passes will only be accepted with a voucher (see below).
Students: Students may acquire a voucher at the Admin Building. All students, unless they are competing or participating in band and cheer that night, must acquire a voucher. On Friday, the vouchers will be taken in front of the gym from 4:30-7:30 and traded for a $5 ticket.
Teachers and Staff: At this time, each staff member can only acquire one voucher to each game free of charge, but must acquire the voucher from the Admin Office. On Friday, the vouchers will be taken in front of the gym from 4:30-7:30 and traded in for a ticket. Additional vouchers are available but must be traded in for a ticket on Friday for $5.
Sr. Citizens/Lifetime Passes: Each card bearer may acquire one voucher to each game free of charge, but must acquire the voucher from the Admin Office. Additional tickets must be purchased. On Friday, the vouchers will be taken in front of the gym from 4:30-7:30 and traded for a ticket.
Parents are required to social distance after the game while waiting for players to exit the fieldhouse. Fans will not be allowed to loiter around after the end of the game. All fans are expected to leave the premises upon completion of the contest.
The Shuttle Bus will not be running this year due to Covid precautions.
Every attendee MUST wear a face covering at all times unless eating or drinking.
Social distancing of 6‘, using every other row, is MANDATORY. Households may sit together on a row.
No one except for both school’s administration, teams and support personnel and their coaches are allowed on the field before, during or after the games.
With a limited number of tickets available, once we reach the capacity of the stadium (613 People), no one else will be allowed in the stadium.
We appreciate the understanding of all the great Cobra fans as it pertains to tickets and mitigation efforts. Though not the way we are used to doing things, this is the only way to do our part to hopefully make it through the season.

The Lady Cobras begin play in the 4A State VB Tournament at Valley View on Tuesday morning, October 27. Game time is 9:00 am against Wynne.
The first round games will be played at the VV Jr High Gym and Fountain Lake has a limit of only 60 tickets for Tuesday morning (subsequent games will be played in VVHS Arena with no limits).
All ticket sales are made online, with no tickets available at the door on Tuesday. We will share the link for ticket sales to Fountain Lake VB parents on Saturday and Sunday. VB Parents will have the ability to purchase online first. On Monday morning we will share the link for any fans who plan to attend the 9:00 am game on Tuesday. Once the 60 allotted tickets are sold, no one else will be able to get in.

The Lady Cobras Volleyball team will be playing in the 4A State Tournament at Valley View HS in Jonesboro starting at 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Students who desire to attend the games in Jonesboro MUST see Coach Marc Davis at Valley View and sign in to be considered a School Business Day. Subsequent days will follow the same protocols.

Fountain Lake Football Fans,
This coming week we play Malvern in Football. The 7/Jr High games will be played Thursday, October 22, at Fountain Lake starting at 5:30 with 7th grade and 7:00 for Jr. High. All tickets for Thursday will be sold at the ticket booths for $5 on the night of the game. Ticket booths open at 4:30.
The Senior High Cobras will play at Malvern on Friday, October 23 starting at 7:00. Tickets (not vouchers) will be on sale for $5 each in the Fountain Lake Admin Building on Monday and Tuesday from 8:15-3:30 for the parents of our players and cheerleaders. Only two tickets per family will be allowed on those days. Starting Wednesday, through Friday at 3:00, General Admission/Additional Family tickets will be sold until we run out. They have allotted Fountain Lake 350 total tickets for the game.
AAA Cards and passes will be shown at the gate for admission.
The Fountain Lake School District will begin conducting a virtual learning day each Friday beginning October 30, 2020. Elementary students will experience a very normal day. Middle and High School students will work virtually within the Google Classroom for each class. Students may work virtually on campus or off campus on the virtual Friday. Completion of virtual assignments will determine attendance for the student on the virtual learning day. Buses will run normal routes. Breakfast and lunch will be served.The status of Virtual Learning Days will be reexamined at the end of the first semester. Wednesday early release will remain in place. School will be in session on Monday, October 26, 2020.

Fountain Lake Football Fans,
The Senior High Cobras travel to Bauxite Friday night, October 16. Fountain Lake’s ticket allotment is 200 and they are on sale in the Fountain Lake Admin building until 3:00 on Friday.
It is also Homecoming at Bauxite. They are having their ceremony at 5:00 pm, and then clearing the stadium. Ticket booths will open at 6:00 for the game which starts at 7:00.

Fountain Lake School District will be conducting Targeted Parent-Teacher Conferences next week on Tuesday, October 20th and Thursday, October 22nd from 3:30-6:30PM. To safely conduct conferences this year, teachers will schedule appointments with parents with which they need to communicate. Should you need to communicate with a teacher, please contact her/him to schedule an appointment. Appointments may be held face to face, by phone, or virtually. All conferences are being held by appointment only. Face masks and health screenings are required to enter the buildings. All parents are encouraged to reach out to teachers at any time they have questions or concerns. Thank you for your understanding as we have to undertake these conferences in this manner.

Listed below are some new changes to the schedule:
Saturday, October 17, Fountain Lake will host Paris in a Varsity ONLY match starting at 5:00 pm.
Monday, October 19 that match with Paris has been cancelled due to scheduling issues at Paris.
Traffic on Highway 9 (near the Sulphur Springs area) will be backed up for approximately two hours due to an accident. Please avoid the area, if possible.

Thursday, October 8, the Lady Cobras host the Lady Cardinals from Camden Fairview starting at 4:30. A slight schedule change due to conflicts at CFV has occurred. There will be no 9th grade game, just JV and V matches starting at 4:30. Tickets available at the door for $5.
The Fountain Lake Lady Cobras won the 7-4A District Tennis Championship today at Pat Hines Courts at Fountain Lake! Congratulations Lady Cobras! Coach Glenn Davis was named Outstanding Girls Tennis Coach for 2020. Congratulations to all!
