Kindergarten registration for the 2021-2022 school year will be held on March 16th and 17th from 8:30 A.M. - 2:00 P.M., and will be located in Safe Room A.

You must provide the documents below:
Proof of residence (Utility bill with the words “service location” and parent’s/ guardian’s name)
Copy of child’s “State Issued” Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Shot Record
Well child screening form (Physical)- Preschool and Kindergarten ONLY
Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 by August 1st, 2021.
**Students without the above documents will not be registered. You must bring them to Safe Room A when you register.
**On registration day, you will need to sign up on the sheet outside the door. You will need to list your name and phone number. so someone can call you to come inside to register. ( Temperature check and masks are required to enter, and tables will be sanitized between uses.)
