NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
In order to register your child for the upcoming school year, you must bring the following items along with the registration forms:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Shot Records
Proof of Residence- a utility bill showing your service location and mailing address
Proof of Custody (if applies)
