The Fountain Lake Baseball team played Glen Rose at Magnet Cove on March 23, 2023. Kolt Carden pitched 3 innings, had 6 strikeouts and got the win on the mound only giving up 1 unearned run. Cayden Elmore picked up the save while pitching 3 innings. He  had 7 strikeouts and only gave up one earned run. Brodie McMillan was 2 for 4 with 1  RBI. Dillon Dettmering was 1 for 3 with 1 RBI and Kolt Carden was 1 for 2. Coach Justin McArthur said, “Great team-win with a clutch pitching performance by Freshman, Cayden Elmore.” The Fountain Lake Players of the Game were Kolt Carden, Cayden Elmore and Brodie McMillan. The Cobras will play Cutter Morning Star next.
